All in-stock items will ship within 2 business days. Please note that items ordered together may not arrive at the same time. You will be notified with a follow-up message if the merchandise you have selected is currently not in stock. Out-of-stock merchandise will ship as soon as it becomes available, this tends to take between 2-3 weeks. You are only charged for one shipping amount, even when your entire order is not shipped.

Orders over $500.00 dollars get FREE SHIPPING from Papergrafix as well as a 10% DISCOUNT on orders over $100.00.

Please note that takenote stationery orders and customized printing orders include an emailed PDF proof  within 2 business days. Once we receive your confirmation to proceed with printing, your order will ship within 3 business days.

All products ordered from US manufacturers Rag and Bone, Graphic Image and PSA Essentials are customized and take 2-3 weeks for delivery. For Canadian customers, it is important to note that any time a product is ordered from the US and shipped to Canada, extra shipping fees (brokerage) are incurred.
A brokerage charge of $25.00 is automatically added to your shipping cost and is a standard charge by Custom Brokers (UPS, FedEx) to process and clear documents at the border.

Shipping in Canada
All orders are shipped by Canada Post. Expedited Parcel takes 2-7 days depending on which province you live in. Please refer to the chart below for shipping fees. All orders that exceed $500.00 get free shipping.

All orders are shipped by the US Postal Service. Xpresspost takes 3-5 days depending on which state you live in. Also, time of delivery does not include delays caused by Customs.  Please refer to the chart below for shipping fees. All orders that exceed $500.00 get free shipping.
