BILLING

When is my credit card charged and what forms of payment do you accept?

Papergrafix accepts Visa, MasterCard, money orders and certified checks. Your credit card will only be billed after you confirm your order.


Do I pay sales tax?

All US locations are exempt from paying sales tax.  Canadian residents must pay 6% federal Goods and Services tax (GST) on their orders.  Residents of Ontario must also pay 8% provincial sales tax (PST).



ORDERING

How do I know that Papergrafix products are the best?

Papergrafix makes every effort to purchase products from the top manufacturers in North America. We custom-create your personalized stationery on a top-end digital laser printer to guarantee the best results in colour and imagery.

How long does it take to get my order?

Papergrafix products will be shipped immediately after receiving confirmation of your order. Personalized stationery takes up to 14 business days to reach you anywhere in North America.

What if I am not pleased with my order?

Papergrafix guarantees that all products and stationery sold on its website are always of the highest quality and in working order. If you are not pleased with your order, we will refund your order as long as the product is in the same condition as it was received and you have the bill of sale.

If you are not pleased with your personalized stationery order because of an error on our part, we will reprint at no charge. If the mistake is yours, we will reprint at your cost.


What if I do not wish to order personalized stationery online?

You can order takenote design stationery through its dealer network. Please visit www.takenotedesign.com to find the dealers nearest you.



INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

All taxes, duties or tariffs levied by your local Customs Office, Post Office or any other authority are the responsibility of the recipient, not of Papergrafix. Please note the taxes applicable in your country or province before your order arrives.



RETURN POLICY

With proof of payment, you may return any goods other than personalized stationery within 21 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. Shipping costs are non-refundable.



CANCELLATIONS

You can cancel an order if the item has not yet been shipped or printed. If your order includes printing and production has already begun, charges will apply. To avoid incurring any charges, submit your cancellation order immediately by phone 416.781.6300

PAYMENT

Papergrafix accepts Visa and MasterCard. Money orders and certified checks may also be mailed as payment; goods will be delivered when payment is received and cleared.

Canadian residents, please add 5% Goods & Services Tax (GST) and Ontario residents 8% provincial sales tax (PST) to all charges.
